OUR SERVICES

WELCOME!

At EmBODY Confidence, we support neurodivergent women who struggle with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. Our approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and self-understanding, helping you feel truly at home in your body without shame or apology.

You want to trust your emotions, take up space, eat without guilt, and show up fully in your life. We are here to help you get there with compassion, clarity, and courage.

Together, we explore the deeper roots of your struggles, build awareness of the systems that created them, and develop tools for lasting change. We work collaboratively, because you know yourself and your body best.

We are a fat-positive, anti-diet, LGBTQIA+, and gender-affirming practice aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES). EmBODY Confidence is neurodivergent-affirming and committed to creating a space where every body, identity, and mind is welcomed and safe.

Research shows that neurodivergent women and LGBTQIA+ individuals are more likely to experience eating disorders or disordered eating patterns than cisgender individuals. Unfortunately, traditional treatment models often fail to meet their unique needs. Our work bridges that gap with affirming, specialized care designed specifically for you.

You do not have to do this alone. Healing is possible and you are absolutely worthy of it.

Jess Fry, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS

Owner and Founder
Clinical Director, Therapist

I specialize in working with neurodivergent women facing challenges like ADHD, autism, CPTSD, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and anxiety. As a neurodivergent therapist, my approach is gentle but firm, combining both personal and professional expertise to help you show up as your authentic self. I focus on creating a collaborative space where curiosity, compassion, and empowerment guide every session.

  • I provide size-inclusive counseling rooted in fat-acceptance principles, supporting clients of all body sizes to cultivate a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for each client’s unique experience, helping them build self-trust, body respect, and sustainable well-being.

Professionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist.

Personally, I was formally diagnosed with ADHD in college and CPTSD in adulthood. I also honor my self-diagnosis of being on the Autism spectrum. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our four cats, traveling, hiking, and thrifting. My current hyperfixations include collecting miniature trinkets, rock hounding, coloring, and sticker collecting.

Anne Rankin

Trauma-Informed Counselor Intern and
Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach

I am a certified, trauma-informed graduate student counselor intern from Lebanon Valley College and am honored to be part of EmBODY Confidence Counseling. I have specialized training in eating disorder recovery coaching through the Carolyn Costin Institute, including direct training with Carolyn Costin, a leading expert in the field.

  • My counseling style is multimodal, culturally sensitive, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are. Drawing from holistic cognitive-behavioral and strength-based approaches, our work may explore thoughts, beliefs, goals, and meaning as pathways toward healing.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals with disordered eating and body image concerns. Having personally recovered from anorexia and bulimia, I understand the complexities of recovery and know that full, life-changing healing is possible. By integrating lived experience with evidence-based training, I offer a compassionate and informed approach to moving forward.

I value collaboration both with clients and within the counseling community and am involved in the Pennsylvania Counseling Association, serving in leadership roles and contributing to professional projects on trauma, chronic illness, and recovery-related topics.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy being outdoors, creative projects, and time at my family’s lakehouse in New Hampshire. I am married, have three children, and deeply value connection and community.

I am grateful to continue my clinical training under the supervision of Jess and would be honored to support you. When you’re ready, I’m here.
